Winter, it is definitely not my favourite season. Especially when it comes to changing up my wardrobe and creating new outfits. I love showcasing my outfits as a lot of effort does go into them (lol!). But on a serious note, when winter comes I make sure (or at least try to) put my health first; which requires a lot of layers; puffy coats, hats and some blanket scarfs.
I feel like every wardrobe should have a few investment pieces. I would say a great place to start would be with a tailored/classic coat. The benefits: comfort, versatility and timelessness as you can keep it for years and, still rock it with pride. My top tip would be go for a natural shade at knee-length. Black coats are great! But, camel, ivory, charcoal, navy and grey are just as good. If you are on a budget (like myself) I would definitely say the one I have is a great option, costing £41 (including student discount- still available I believe). I’m wearing the size 8 it’s actually quite oversized, if you’re not feeling the oversized look my advice would be to get a size down.
I can’t deny it but, it’s true what they say… There’s power in a good pair of ankle boots. These cubed heels are trendy-yet-practical, meaning you have permission to go all out with your look girl… or keeping it super chilled works too. The high-gloss finish just adds another element of sophistication and edginess to your look too.
I love love love this 90s t-shirt, so much so I have the 80s one too, which I wore as part of my travel outfit to Calella. I got it because a) it was going for a bargain at only at pound from Primark! (I can’t find this top online but, I’ve added something similar) b) Hello! Everyone knows legends were born in the 90s. I’m right or I’m right?
Anyways that it from me this week until next time beautiful people.
P.S: I know I promised you guys a post on the programme I’ve started up, but there are just a few things I need to finalize first. But it’s coming!! Just keep your eyes peeled and watch this space!
