CLASS OF 2019: Océane

Hey guys, so I’m back again with another Class of 2019 post!

The second person I’d like to introduce to you all too is my French & Mexican sister Océane.

She’s the definition of positivity, with her sweet and calm nature which always puts me at ease. We became friends in the summer break, and I love to spend time with her. She is constantly reminding me of my potential and has a great aura about her. Her name which is very similar to ‘Ocean’ is a direct representation of her nature, peaceful, free and beautiful. Her style is timeless with an edge, giving me real Kate Moss vibes with a French twist. She has the ability to make super simple outfits so FLAWLESS, just by jazzing it up with a few pieces.

I would say that the ‘edgy street’ style is one of the hardest looks to pull off especially if it’s outside of your comfort zone. But once you’ve got it, the options on outfits choices are endless. Make sure you’re comfortable at the same time, work with pieces that represent you. Pieces that show your personality. Build it up slowly. Take your time and enjoy the process. However, do from time to time look for opportunities to step out and try something new. If you’re not too sure where to start, keep it simple and start with an iconic  piece such as: The leather jacket.

Mine: Jacket: Miss Selfridges| Skirt & Top: Primark | Shoes: Bershka

Océane’s: Jacket: Sandro| Dress & Boots: Zara

Advice from Océane:

I would say to always be open minded and try different things, to go out of your comfort zone
