So today I wanted to share with you all something which is super special that I’ve been working on over the last few months. This blog post is definitely favourite post to date. I love the outfit… but, it’s deeper than that, it’s about the message behind the three words on my jumper.
Some of you may or may not know, but last year I started ‘The Us Programme’, a project with the mission to help educate and inspire young females mainly from disadvantaged backgrounds to break boundaries and achieve goals. We understand that part of the way of becoming an individual who makes a positive impact is to learn the secrets from those who are already succeeding and by seeking out available opportunities.
We held our first conference, ‘She Who Leads’ which brought together women from a diverse range of professions including medicine, law, banking, consultancy and business. They shared their journeys and personal experiences with the enthusiastic young women who attended.
‘She Who Develops’ was a personal development day at Linklaters, which focused on personal development. We wanted to focus on areas which I know many struggle with which is how to develop your personal brand, networks and confidence.
Now we’re back and better with our second annual conference ‘She Who Achieves’. I’m honestly so excited for this one as our central focus is around breaking boundaries and dreaming big. It’s about helping our young queens master the skills needed to succeed. We want to show others that we all can and have the right to succeed no matter our start in life, with a panel of six incredible ladies from similar backgrounds. We want to show that the shortcomings and obstacles we face in life can be used to produce our greatest achievements and successes.
So, if you are between 15 – 19 and attend a comprehensivee state school or college London come and network, develop and discover what it takes to achieve and succeed in your goals.

I believe it’s so important to send the ladder down when you find yourself in a position where you can help others. Therefore, I really do hope this event can inspire others to understand that they can and should aim big to achieve greatness. You are who achieves.
